Description
Rockhopper is a 5 year old blend, straight from the ex-bourbon barrels, originating in Panama, Dominican Republic and Guatemala. The aging has only been done in old bourbon barrels.
Of course, Rockhopper is intended to be experimented with… But, the whole idea behind this fantastic rum is to get people to start enjoying rum PURE again. That’s why every Rockhopper giftpack comes with a branded glass, cooling stones & a jigger.
Freeze the cooling stones, put 3 of them in a glass and serve some Rockhopper on top of them, sit back, relax and enjoy this smooth, balanced & rich taste.

ROCKHOPPER FOR PRESIDENT!
• 45ml ROCKHOPPER Rum
• 15ml dry Vermouth
• 15ml Cointreau
• 15ml squeezed lemon
• 1 dash of grenadine
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, short shake until properly chilled. Double strain into a prechilled ‘coupetteʼ.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
RED EYED MANHATTEN
• 45ml ROCKHOPPER Rum
• 20ml Biermu vermouth
• 20ml Maraschino
• 15ml St. GermIin
• 1 dash of Angostura
Add all ingredients to a mixer glass withvlots of ice. Stir until properly chilled and diluted.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
ROCKCOFFEE’LA
• ROCKHOPPER Rum
• Cold brew coffee
• Punt E Mes Vermouth
• Squeezed lemon
• VanillI Sirup
• Demerera Sirup
• Egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Omut ice Ind shake again. Double strIin into short cocktail glass.
Garnish with coffee bean and grated nutmeg.
